Design, Supply and Install and Commission 3 X 30m3/hr Portable Demineralised Water Treatment Plant
The project calls for design, supply, installation, commissioning, and training of site staff, for a 3 X 30m3/hr portable demineralised water treatment plant to be delivered to Tuanku Ja'afar Power Station, Port Dickson, Malaysia (TJPS). The plant is entirely portable. Tenderer shall take into consideration the feed water quality and required treated water quality of the plant. The total gross throughput shall be > 1900 m3/day.The designed ion-exchange process comprises a cation exchanger, anion exchanger, followed by a polishing mixed bed.
Relocation of Existing Electrochlorination Plant From Port Dickson Power Plant to Paka Power Plant
Severn Trent De Nora is the original equipment manufacturer of electrochlorination system at TNB Port Dickson. We managed to dismantle the existing system from TNB PD and relocate it to TNB Paka within stipulated time frame. The scope includes supply and erection of new transformer rectifiers and piping systems. The electrochlorination plant is still in operation till to date.
Installing a Suspended Access Platform to a Flue, Water Wash of the Flue, Inspection, Removal of the top 6m of a Brick Section and Re-building of the Brick Section
The repair scheme consisted of the renewal of upper 6m brickwork and external insulation of flue Sections 1 through to 8 in each of the three flues by installing a DOSH approved suspended platform. The job scope includes water washing of the flu internal.
ElectroChlorination Plants generate sodium hypochlorite from seawater using an extensively field-proven electrochemical process. ECP systems are the standard and preferred Electrochlorinations system for biofouling control in offshore and marine biofouling control as well as power and coastal applications. We have our in-house tea who can perform installation of the systems, refurbishment of the systems and maintenance of the systems. Our team consists of well trained and experienced engineers to be the prime contact points of plant owners for ECP related issues.
Complete replacement of 3 numbers of 120m3/hr Sodium Hypochlorite injection pump and 3 lines of existing 6" PVC with FRP coated pipeline with ABS pipelines. The length of one dosing line from ECP to the Pump house is estimated about 780 meter. The entire ABS pipes were connected with plain socket and for every 35~50 meter straight pipeline has been install with single arc expansion joint to provide further expansion or movement on the pipeline due to thermal expansion.
The project specification called for design, install, test and commission cathodic protection system for fuel unloading jetty at Stesen Janaelektrik Sultan Iskandar, Pasir Gudang. Contained herein is a proposed Cathodic Protection design for the steel piles of the mooring dolphins and jetty piles. Cathodic Protection system was designed for 8 years design life. Sacrificial anode cathodic protection system has been used. There are altogether 99 piles on the approached bridge, jetty and walkway support. Consisting of 75 nos. of 750 mm diameter piles and 24 nos. of 600 mm diameter piles. To ensure better welding contact between the anodes and the piles, our anodes come with steel channel at both ends.
